5-13-17 We did a dress rehearsal of the KC Event. Some of it was to get a chance to set everything up and determine how it looked. Also we wanted to see how it played. All in all I think that the flow of the game worked well. The NPC forces worked well. I am going to have to codify how they work so we are all on the same page come KublaCon. 

We were able to get in 7-8 full turns in less that 3 hours. which I think is pretty good for a scenario that has this many moving parts. 

We were able to break down in an hour and consolidate things a bit.
