Over the summer I picked up Time of Legends: Joan of Arc. Got a fantastic deal on it and been wanting to get it to the table. This monster occupies an entire shelf on its own. I was able to get is consolidated but it is still a lot of stuff.

I was initially attracted to this because I like the 100 Years War theme with the fantasy twist. It is different enough from Battlelore that it is a keeper. Additionally, I have the Teutonic knights and the updated rules on order. The fact that it is also 15mm also was something that I was interested in as well. There was a time for a while were it seemed all I was doing was 15mm.

Do I seriously think I will use all the stuff that came with this? Probably not but I would be interesting to try. Maybe the kicker I need would be to put an event on for a convention but at this time who knows when that is going to happen. Realistically I think that we are looking at fall for the first one.

So, three things need to happen on this:

Paint and organize the figures. I think I know how I want to organize them; I will probably do something like I showed in my blog from the 24th. It is going to be a bear to get all of these out, categorized and put together. I think it will take a few days to sift through it all. Luckily I sorter everything already so it should be relatively east to do once I get started. Painting is going to be the trick but they are 15mm so that will help. Need to find some decent tutorials for the paint if this.

Learn the Rules: Sometime I get overly obsessed with get these things down, but I think that this is one of those things that I will need to get down well to teach others and be able to field questions as they come up.

Play the game: These days that is the real trick.
